Starting as a PDRA at QMUL

I am excited to share that on 16 October 2026 I am starting as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant (PDRA) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science.

I am joining the SAYED Systems Group (Scalable Adaptive Yet Efficient Distributed Systems) under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed M. A. Sayed (QMUL profile), where I will work on decentralised and federated AI for cyber security. The group works on systems for ML, federated and distributed learning, edge AI, and the security of AI systems; you can see more of its work on the group projects page.

I am looking forward to this next chapter in AI security research in London.
